Q: Where is Precious Prints located?
A: Stittsville, Ontario. We will give you directions when you book your appointment.
Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: Call (613) 599-7999 to book a convenient time.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are flexible, so please let us know what is convenient for you.
Q: Do you only do appointments from your studio or will you come to me?
A: We can do both. If you would like a home visit there is a $20.00 fee. Or, you could host a "Precious Prints party". Please see our Precious Prints Party page or call us for more information.
Q: At what age can I get my baby’s prints done?
A: You can bring them in at any age; the procedure is perfectly safe for all ages.
Q: How do you create the impressions?
A: We will hold your child's hand/foot in our safe, non-toxic mixture for approximately 1-2 minutes.
Q: How long does the imprinting process take?
A: Your appointment will be approximately half an hour, depending on what product(s) you are going to get.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, we take a 50% deposit at the printing appointment and the balance is paid when your Precious Prints are complete.
Q: How soon will I get my Precious Prints?
A: Your prints will be ready within 3 weeks after your appointment. Please let us know at your appointment if you need them sooner and we will always try to finish them for you.
Q: Do you have gift certificates?
A: Yes. Gift certificates are ideal for baby showers, Mother's Day, Father's Day and for grandparents!
Q: Do you have a selection of designs?
A: Yes. All Precious Prints are fully customized to suit your tastes.
Q: Do you only do babies?
A: No, we do children of all ages. We also will do adults for a beautiful family frame.
Q: Do you have any additional products?
A: Yes. We have Precious Prints for office, kitchen, and Christmas!
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Currently cash and personal cheques.
